My rig- intel core i5 3330s quad 2.7ghz
4 gb ram, nvidia gt 620, win 8

Now i m not sure about my psu, I think its around 300 watts. I want to upgrade my gpu to gtx 650ti and my psu to atleast 600 watts. So which psu will fit my 660s? And will the gpu fit my case? Thanks

The GTX 650Ti would be all right with a Corsair CX430 PSU.

Or the 500W version, if you prefer:

I think your PSU is actually 220W. I didn't even know they made them so small :)
Is this your computer?

Did you find a 600 watt psu and if so what are your plans for the 300 watt psu that you currently have?

Its 220 only the above guy was ryt plus the psu cant be upgraded. You have to change the whole cabinet for that. So the best choice is to buy a decent cabinet + a 600 watt psu from a good company like corsair.
