Hi guys. Basically, im looking into building a pc with money im getting selling my ps4.

Anyways, I was thinking, getting this build.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5n5dolXyyg0

BASICALLY, a Athlon Quad x4 760k
GTX 650 ti
8gigs of ram ,
yada yadayada.

But then, I started considering Kaveri.

I found a GREAT deal on newegg, or atleast I found it to be one...

Kaveri is the next generations PC gaming. And with mantle, I hear it will revolutionize.

This is the build:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1533031

Includes a sexy case, bf4 and an SSD!!

There also other builds worth recognizing.

http://www.newegg.com/AMDKaveri/PromotionStore/ID-2029774

Keep in mind it INCLUDES BF4.

So what should I do?

Stick to the Gtx650Ti or will the kaveri do me better in the long run?

Also considering this http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1413489

Thanks guys.

Really wanted to fit a 6300 and a decent 970 mobo into this, but at current pricing I couldn't

What about 8 gigs of ram?

And would I need an apu with the 760k?

Also, could You take a look at the http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mid-tower/elite-431-plus/ ? Supports usb 3.0 and looks really nice. :D

So, no kaveri?

I could go for a 270. Can you give me a link to a build under $500 which includes a R9 270?

Would an APU be an added bonus to crossfire the R9 and the Amd FX?

If you want something similar to Austin's then swap out the 270 for this 7850 and save a little more (after MIR)

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-video-card-fx785acnl4

Though if you're tight on cash you could go with XxXGunXxXGraveXxX's suggestion with a better PSU, mobo and a single stick of 4GB DDR3 RAM and add in another identical stick in later on when you have the money

Something like this, you won't be overclocking with this mobo (lack of cooling for the VRMs so I would recommend getting the regular M5A97 R2.0 and a decent CPU cooler for future overclocking) but it should fit the bill and add in another stick of memory down the line

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($114.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($75.97 @ OutletPC)
Memory: A-Data XPG V1.0 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($32.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($59.67 @ Amazon)

Total: $544.57

And if you're not relying on MIR, then you'd have to go even lower I'm afraid

Gonna stick to austins build, but instead go with this GTx 660. Good performance to price ratio, and It is infact better then the r9 no?

whats a good mobo that supports usb 3.0 , amd fx and can be overclocked easily under 60 dollars?

That's nearly impossible to find, the MSI 970A-G46 is about $60 after rebates but that's not recommended for overclocking at all, and it also doesn't have USB 3.0 headers

Or you could just forget about overclocking altogether and get that Gigabyte board you linked earlier
