If this is a retail PC like a Dell, Acer, HP,... then go to their web site and check under support. They should have the drivers for free. If you know what make/model your video card is, you can also go directly to the video card manufacturer's site and download the newest drivers from there - also for free. GPU-Z is a free utility that can give you information about your video card.
