So. I own a 360 SLIM and I want to use it on my ACER monitor. My monitor has NO speakers and a VGA input and a DVI input. The VGA is currently taken by my computer so if I want to use my XBOX could I purchase HDMI to DVI cable (with audio adapters)

And plug one of the two cords on the DVI or HDMI into my Motherboard and use my Logitech Headset to listen?

BTW if I could do this how would I switch from VGA to DVI on my monitor?

You can certainly use that cable to get your 360 to work with your monitor, however I'm not so sure about being able to use your PC as an audio pass-through. It is possible for some headsets to be plugged directly into an Xbox and work, worth trying if you haven't already.
If you do do it, there should be buttons on your monitor somewhere that will allow you to switch inputs either directly or through a menu.
