HELP: Resolution 1360x768, how to turn 1920

My Tv band Dynex Flat 32' have support 720/1080p, ps3 work 1080P but PC only 720P follow 1360x
my OS system, Window 8, AsRock A55, RHD 6850. i tired change and never show 1080P on pc. it Blur when i turn 1920 not so prefect Scaling. i am ask someone will help me. or etc.

Specifically, what model Dynex 32" HDTV do you have? I suspect that it will accept a 1080p input, but still has a native resolution of 1360x768.

Yeah, that is the case with nearly all tvs
