R9 280X gaming display ?

I have an R9 280X and I am hunting for a 24 inch display for gaming

Please explain what should I look for while selecting the display
Please advice whether I should go for IPS or TN LED considering the response time, refresh rate,etc

My budget is around $200

It would be awesome if you could suggest me few monitors here

IPS offers better viewing angles, 5ms response time means how long it takes for the monitor to display what's being pushed to it by the graphics card, any more than 5ms and you will get ghosting or input lag
