Displays other language in some cases

Hello. Recently i downloaded and installed Windows 8.1 Russian version. I do know russian but i'm used to english version windows so i downloaded English language pack. The problem is that in some things still show up in russian. Screenshots below. How can i fix this?

Can anyone please give some good english version windows 8.1 torrent link? I activated this one with KMS 1.1.9

The things that are appearing in russian are 3rd party and not Windows related.

As i noticed for example your wireless card, your sound card, you can try to find through the settings of those two to change to english unless they dont support english.

Ok. Thanx for the support, i have already installed a clean english version though :) But pretty much sure you were right. Either that, or i should maybe edit the registry.
