The FX8350 is good for mainstream games such as BF4 and Crysis but in some games such as Skyrim and ACIV it will lose every time to an Intel Core i5/i7 even if overclocked because of it poor per core performance. If I were you, I heard Galaxy GTX 780's aren't that expensive and I would definitely recommend Galaxy over Zotac or PNY, but GTX 780's from Zotac or PNY are still GTX 780's so they will still perform great.

Choose an Intel Core i5 4670 as an alternative.
Much cheaper than the core i7 4770k.
Only marginally slower performance in games.
Faster than the FX-8350 in games and similar price.
For the graphics card, choose a good brand GTX 770 4GB model (e.g. MSI or EVGA) or R9 280X if you can't afford a good brand of GTX 780 or R9 290. I would generally consider Asus, Gigabyte, MSI or EVGA to be good brands, but read reviews for the individual card if you can.
GTX 770 and R9 280X do not perform very well at 2560x1440.

I own an Asus GTX 770 DC2 card (a 2GB model).
I've found it to be fantastic at 1920x1080 resolution.
I did notice some high video memory usage in Skyrim with mods.
There was some laggyness entering areas some times, but this could have just been bugs in the game or badly written mods.
I have also heard that Battlefield 4 can use more than 2GB of video memory at 1920x1080.
I bought my card before the R9 280X was released, when the GTX 770 4GB models were expensive.
If I bought it now, I would probably look at the following:

ty all i think ill go with 8350 and 780 asus not cu2 p.s. which is a beter mb GA-990FXA-UD3 or M5A99FX PRO R2.0
p.s.2 does anyone have benchmarks of 4770k with 770 vs 8350 with 780
The benchmarks will show the GTX 780 coming out ahead of the GTX 770 because games will not be CPU limited by these CPUs.
That doesn't capture quality (how long the parts will last, how much noise they make) or power usage.
You will need a power supply rated at least 50W extra for the AMD CPU.
Your case also needs to deal with the extra heat from the CPU, particularly if you have a cheap GTX 780 card with a bad cooler.

i am geting a 650w gold seasonic pcu is it ok?i looked some more and foned this
EVGA 03G-P4-2783-KR
or this EVGA 03G-P4-3784-KR
or this Asus GTX780-3GD5
i think the 2nd evga is best becouse it has the highest clock speed will the psu be ok?
"650w gold seasonic" could be the Seasonic G 650 or Seasonic X 650. Both are excellent.
These cards you have selected all look good too. I agree that the EVGA 03G-P4-3784-KR looks to be the best of the three.

Review for this case doesn't look too bad.

You will probably want an extra case fan installed in the bottom of the case as an intake fan to move extra air past the graphics card. There are no molex adapters provided for the case fans, so maybe consider a molex to 3 fan cable from bitfenix:

This looks like a nice case.
With default fan configuration, the GPU temp is a little higher than desirable.
http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/cases/2013/01/21/fract...
Three fans are included. You could move the top 140mm fan to the side mounting, or the rear 120mm fan to the bottom mounting.
Fan controller included, so no additional cables required.

I would get the Fractal Design Core 3000.
No need to buy additional fans, just move one of the included fans.
Rear fan can be mounted on the bottom mounting of the case and I think this would be ideal.
If you have problems with this (like cables from the power supply getting in the way of the bottom fan), more the top fan to the side mounting position instead.

Mantel may offer some improvement in new games, but we won't really know until games are released to support it and benchmarked. I don't think it is a deal breaker for Nvidia.
An R9 290 is a little faster than the GTX 780.
It is really important with the R9 290 to get a card with a good cooler as it generates a lot of heat and will slow down when it gets too hot.
The Zotac GTX 780 card looks good.

That one would be fine. I have a stock cooler on my R9 290, and it can get a little loud, but nothing that bothers me, and that one will cool substantially better and quieter.
Also, if you go amd for processor and graphics, there are some cool new features that AMD has been talking about (HSA and Mantle) which should let you use both the graphics chip in that CPU as well as your dedicated card to get better performance. Now, the game specifically has to support this, at least for now, but with the consoles having a similar setup, it's reasonable to believe that it would happen in a decent number of titles. Also, mantle is exciting for me at least, because some of the games that I am really looking forward to are supporting it (star citizen, thief, etc). I'm excited to see the performance benefit of it in something other than tech demos, but so far it looks good.
And at the end of the day, if none of that happens, the R9 290 is still faster than the GTX780, especially at higher resolutions. So you can't lose.
