Ram - 4 GB DDR2 667 MHZ
Graphics - 6670 DDR5 - will buy OR Suggest me BEST GPU compatible with MB and will not bottleneck with my CPU. Budget for graphics - 95$ TIGHT cannot exceed a bit :(

I want to play games like watchdogs or GTA 5 or AC4:BF and upcoming games....so is it worth upgrading my GPU or not? Please HELP URGENTLY...

Solution
I agree, you will need a completely new PC. Your processor is too old and too slow and honestly, you wont be able to squeeze enough out of it to make it relevant for next gen games. Plus, most modern GPU's will end up being bottlenecked by your CPU regardless if you overclock. Your PC will barely be able to play BF4 low at 30fps, GTA 5 almost impossible and ACIV will not be playable at all. Your PC is just simply too old, I suggest you hold onto your $95, save up and build a more modern PC.

Probably at 720p, I have an older setup with an E8500 and a GTX 260. It's capable of playing modern games fairly well at low-medium settings at 1080p (high or so at 720p) and that's about it
