Alrighty guys, need a bit of help over here.
So heres the situation in order of events.

1) Order some things from newegg:
a) 16gb Ram cards: http://www.newegg.com/GeIL-Desktop-Memory/BrandSubCat/ID-1687-147
b) Intel motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813121775
c) Intel i7 CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116901

2) CPU and Mobo gets here first, install both, using the GPU I already had, which is a nvidia 650gtx, and a corsair 850 watt bronze psu, and my decently old 8gb (2x4). And everything works fine, a few driver issues, and upon installing the proper stuff, all is well.

3) New RAM come in, bein the GeIL 16gb cards. So I attempt to install those, and it just continues to shut down, three beeps every time, so its not even recognizing the ram is in.

4) I issue an RMA for the GeIL ram cards, and ship em back, putting my old 4gb cards back in, and all it well.

5) Today, the new cards come in, being these, 16gb, 2, eight gig cards. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231558

6) Now finally, heres the problem. I install these new G.Skill cards, and it doesnt load windows, but, the mobo does indeed recognize the RAM being there, I can get to bios and everything, but windows is failing to load due to "A recent hardware or software change might be the cause"

Now it tells me to insert the windows 7, 64 bit boot disc, and select repair my computer. Upon doing that, after a long while of waiting, it tells me an error has occured and it cannot automatically repair windows. I see a button that says "memory diagnostic" so I press that inhopes of having some progress, it then brings up a window basically saying thats not possible, and does not state a reason as to why.

Now after that, I try to take the cards out and put my old, 8gb cards in, in hopes of getting to google and looking for aid. But, upon putting the old cards in, it gave the same error it gave the newer cards.

So, I'm at a loss here guys.

First, create a Memtest86+ bootable disk, test the RAM and post the result http://www.memtest.org/

The component at fault could actually be the CPU's memory controller or the motherboard itself (warped motherboard due to big cpu cooler installation or defective part), but first you should make sure that there are actual memory problems.

Also depending on the clock speed of the ram your motherboard might not support it. I ran into this while trying to install 1866 ram in a motherboard that only supports up to 1600. It would try to start, beep, then try to start, beep and so on till I replaced the ram. As for the windows thing as the guy above me said it could be a board problem

I'm assuming its the mobo or the cpu, because of all three RAM cards I've tried with this, none of them now work. And im running a memtest on my old cards, so far so good. When this is done, I'll post the results, swap it over to the new G.Skill cards, and run another memtest.

Actually this one finished as I was writing this. So heres the result, didnt do or say anything different other than, "** Pass complete, no errors, press Esc to exit **

So am I clear to try the new cards?

What happens if you swap the 16gb cards with the 4gb ones? If you have no errors try to update the bios to the latest version and then swapping back to 16gb.

If you still have errors my bet is on a faulty motherboard.

On a side note, I recommend reading this page, it's a part of a SBM by Thomas Soderstrom, which had to go through a pretty tough troubleshooting process, but he did it very well.

As he said in his post, cpu problems out of the box are very rare, so again this is probably a motherboard issue.

Yeah sure, I'll update BIOS from a flash drive and swap stuff in an out, see if anything works.

Granted I don't know much on this stuff, but it's giving me windows errors. And the boot disk is refusing to work when it worked just a couple weeks ago when installing the mobo in the first place. But I'll surely try the bios thing.

And another question, I checked last night to make sure the mobo was still under warranty, it is until 2017, so how would I issue that? I ordered it from newegg, but it says the mobo is not eligible for a RMA. So do I go right to intel and ship it to them? Or what do I do once I found out what the problem is?

Ohh, I read over that again and figured out what you meant, no no, both ram card sets give errors. The PC recognizes them and that their different, and memtest says both are fine, but windows says it cannot boot no matter which set of cards I use.

It shows this screen regardless of what RAM cards im using, I've tried different slots and combination of the two as well. The boot disc for windows, after clicking repair, sits at the default windows background saying "setup is starting" with the blue circle loading cursor for, well as long as I left it there, which was roughly two hours while I took a nap.

There is the possibility that a faulty RAM (maybe the old GeIL) or bad configuration have corrupted your Windows installation.

Try to reinstall Windows and see if you get any errors during / after the installation process.

How exactly can I reinstall windows? Using the windows boot disc does nothing, I've tried repairing, and the install button. Either way it sits at a setup is starting screen for ages and doesn't do anything.

Kinda had an idea, gonna pitch it you guys. If I put a full installation of windows 7 on a usb stick, could I boot W7 from the usb and transfer my important things from the hard driver to an external, format and wipe my hard drive, install windows 7 on the hard drive, then transfer my things back over from the external?

Yep, the last time it worked was roughly a week ago when the motherboard came in. Did it, and the proper drivers. And yes it properly boots the DVD, but when I hit the repair button, it says no windows installations could be found. I've tried using commandprompt to select different partitions from C: and X:. Neither of them register with windows installations.

I tried that as well, when I click install, it gets stuck at the "setup is starting" loading screen, I read somwhere opening and closing the disc drive can sometimes jump start it, out of the many times I tried it, it worked once, and when I hit next, it said to reboot the computer and load windows to install. But obviously, I cant do that.
