my RAM is stuck at only 1333 and it wont let me change it in the bios?

i have an 8gb stick of transend 1600mhz ram, the bios says its at 1333 and the button on it wont let me change anything when i click it. i have a 2600 i7 and an h77n wifi mobo.
Any ideas?
