Hi, i seem to have a problem accessing apps MAINLY WINDOWS 8.1 UPGRADE. when i open the app store and click on any of the app icons, nothing happens, so i did a "Windows Store" reset by running wsreset.exe but still the same result. I have installed all Windows 8 updates from Microsoft before trying to do the upgrade to 8.1. I could have done the upgrade using the key, however this is an HP 600B Microtower that is pre installed and preconfigured with windows 8 and does not ship with licence key
Any idea what i could do to fix this app store problem as the rest of the pc functions normal.
