My ram wont budge?

I have the asus p8b75-m mobo and i need to remove 2 of my current sticks of ram to install new ram. but the ram wont budge. on 1 side theres a normal clip and on the other side theres something flat, which wont let me take out the ram. help pls?

well i press the only 1 clip and only 1 side of the ram stick pops out, so i cant take it out.
