Gateway laptop w/ Windows Vista (Home Premium) stuck on welcome screen. It does this on safe mode (safe mode w/ networking & command prompt) also. Cannot use Windows RE to fix it as there is no working DVD/CD device. How do you repair Vista w/o a cd? Could this be managed remotely? Could it be done by loading Windows RE on a really good flashdrive? Or is this even possible??? Is there ANY other way to get this issue solved? Help!!!!!
