That is a standard message of your BIOS. Your BIOS detected that your computer shut down improperly due to a hardware failure. For some reason those BIOS programmers always seem to assume that this can only result as a consequence from overclocking (or overvolting), hence the wrong message. Normally, however, this message should just appear once, right after the failure. It causes the BIOS to fall back to defaults in order to remedy your alleged overclocking settings and make the system accessible again. If ti appears repeatedly, it seems that your new RAM is not properly working in your mainboard. This does not necessarily mean that the RAM is defective; it might simply be incompatible to your mainboard (although in theory it should not. Unfortunately such cases exist.)
