i wan t know if i can run 3 ASUS VG248QE at 1080p from a single GTX 780 ti super clocked
will it even have enough ports?

It does have enough ports (if you use the DVI-DL, HDMI and the Display Port) to plug the Monitors.

If your question is related to game on all of them (which I believe it is, or you wouldnt be making the question here) I would highly suggest you to get another an SLI it.

Also, I was trying to find if DVI-D can reach 144 Hz on it, the specs I read about it narrowed it to 85 Hz, therefore I believe it would be better to use the HDMI and the Display Ports from the cards (when SLI'ed) in order to get the best outcome possible from your monitors.

Single DVI-D may be limited, but Dual Link DVI-D will hit 144hz, and is what that monitor uses to get 144hz. HDMI on the other hand, is limited to 60hz.

Use your Dual link DVI-D (I hope both ports support dual link or you are out of luck), and the Displayport. If the monitor doesn't support Displayport, you'll have to use a converter capable of DP 1.2 to Dual Link DVI-D at 120+hz.

He is right, HDMI wont support 144Hz until 1.4b gets out, if it does, Dual Link DVI-D or Display Port is the best way out.

About gaming on Ultra on two of them, I cant guarantee it, but I believe it should.

I think you mean HDMI 2.0. HDMI 1.4b still doesn't support 120hz. The closest it gets is HD3D at 60hz through frame packing (sends two images at once to the screen).
