GPU-Z and AMD Catalyst show that the stock speed of this card is 800 MHz GPU Clock and 667 MHz Memory clock this contradicts the website which states that the stock speed of the card is 1000 MHz GPU clock and 1.3 GHz Memory Clock.
I have managed to get the GPU clock up to 900 MHz with overclocking (any higher seems to make games freeze and crash) also any attempt to increase the Memory Clock (even by 50 MHz) seems to also result in games freezing
i have been playing BF3 with the card and have been getting about 40 to 30 FPS on medium settings at (1680x1050) and from what i can see from other peoples benchmarks that this is sub standard
I have a suspicion that it may be my PSU linked here: http://www.envizage.com/products/psuace62012cm-620w-grey-psu-12cm-fan-sata-24-pin-model-620w.html as it is extremely cheap
My specs are as followed:
AMD FX 6300 (not overclocked)
8gb RAM (unsure of make)
XFX HD 7770 2GB
Ace 600W Grey PSU
1TB WD HDD (green)
(please note that i did not build this PC I bought it pre-built)
