Best PWM fan controller?

My favorite fan controller is none at all.
I find it annoying to hear fans constantly changing speeds.
I set fan speeds to a constant quiet drone.
Either with a low noise fan adapter or with a zalman fanmate.
If things get a bit hot, so be it. A cpu or gpu is built to tolerate a bit of heat.

i'm going to be trying overclocking for my first time so I want to be able to crank all the fans up to full rpm when I need to and lower them once I get a stable overclock so everything is perfecto

A pwm cpu cooler fan speed is controlled by the motherboard. It will speed up under load to do what you want.
The bios will have some options as to how to control that.

The other fans are chassis fans, and they really do not need speed control.

the thing is i'll be using a h100i with a push/pull config…so that's four fans that will be helping cool the CPU. I won't have enough fan connectors on the MoBo for the push/pull config AND my 4 other chassis fans. A total of 8 Fans.

Devronicthetonicman:
I am in the same boat, with a push/pull fan config on a 360 radiator (six fans). The only item I have come across is a PWM controller made
by Swiftech. It has a separate SATA power cord and one 4 pin fan fitting that plugs into the CPU Fan header on the motherboard. One of the six fans plugs into a designated spot on the controller and all six fans are controlled by that fan. Have you come across anything?

The h100i has 2 fan controller sockets on the top of the pump housing and 2 splitter cables, so it can control 4 fans. The downside is that you have to use Link to control them. I tried 3 h100i coolers, none of which worked, so I bought a Noctua air cooler, which works great.
