Hi, i'm looking to build something to run the latest titles, my budget consist of a $1000 dollars which has to include an operating system, i don't need an SSD either, boot/load times don't really matter to me. i want at least an i5 and be able to overclock. thanks

was pretty much the same as the build i had, just wanted to double check since i have been out of the technology loop for some time, is the 760 the best bang for the buck in that range price range?
