Canon scanne Canoscan LIDE 100 does not work

Hi! I've just bought an Canon lide 110 scanner and didn't managed to make it work. I've first installed de drivers on the CD that came with the scanner, then the newest drivers found on internet. Afeter I install the software it asks me to reset the computer. I do that, then i try to scan something and it works. If I try to scan a second document I get an error which says it's impossible to write or read the file(I hope i've translated well because I have the PC in italiano) and the code:2,252,22. Another thing, on the manual file says that first i have to uninstall the old ScanGear driver on my computer but I can't find it not even after I install all of the drivers. Does anyone know what could be the problem? I have windows 7 (32bit) installed

  1. Hi! It was a windows problem, some bad registry or something. I've reinstalled Windows and everything work well
