I am building a gaming desktop pc from scratch and I am unsure what motherboard to buy.

I need to know if there is a decent motherboard that is capable of running these components:
CPU - AMD FX-9590 Black Edition Octa Core CPU Socket (AM3+, 4.7GHz, 16MB, 220W, FD9590FHHKWOF, Turbo Core 3.0 Technology)
GPU - XFX Radeon HD 7970 DD Edition 3GB GDDR5 Graphics Card
Hard Drive - Samsung 840 EVO 500GB 2.5 inch Basic SATA Solid State Drive

There are, but you would likely be better off with the 8320/8350 cpus
Exactly which board you want depends on what features you want. For gaming you would probably want something would overclocking capabilities and multiple pcie 3.0 slots for crossfire/sli (multiple gpu). Asus and Gigabyte are good brands to look at, from there it's just pinpointing which features you think you might want
