Buying Windows 7 OEM?

I'm building a new PC, and I'd love to have Windows 7 OEM because I'm using Windows 8 now and I really hate it. Plus, W8 is far too expensive. The only place I've found that sells W7 OEM is Amazon. Is there anywhere else that sells it and that ships to Ireland?

Unfortunately, Windows 8 is better than 7. I know it's different and annoying, but it gives better performance and some features (like the new task manager) are fantastic.

I've been using 8 for awhile now, and after getting used to just searching for everything, I'm enjoying it.

On it's own, I don't mind it, it's good, I have been using it for over a year, but compared to Windows 7 it's not as great in my opinion.
I'm willing to stick with Windows 8 if I have to, but it's just so expensive, even for OEM version.
