I got the game code from the gtx 770, so can i use the code 2 times? :) lol
edit: will i be able to run it on intel core i3 2100 and AMD HD 7730?

If you're using the same steam account, you'll be able to install it on your other PC (with the I3 and the 7730) without using up the second install code. However, for obvious reasons, you'll only be able to play games tied to that account on one P.C. at a time. If you're, say, using a different P.C. at two different locations and not sharing either P.C., this might be your solution.
 


I was answering the second part of his question, not the first one. The game should be compatible with both Nvidia and AMD cards. Period. Re-read my solution, don't skip any words this time, and you'll discover that I made no mention of different systems, just different video cards.
As far as using the same code n times, it's up to the EULA terms, I don't care about that, since some retail version of software allows more freedom than, say, promotion (read - crippled) versions. He should just read the EULA for the answer, or apply some G.O. trial and error.
