there is a short time black screen after i type my password on windows logon. how to solve this

there is a black screen on my laptop after every time i type password in windows logon.and my windows desktop appear about 10 minutes after black screen . i tried to repair my computer using startup repair in windows cd,and repair my registry . but the problem unsolved. how to solve this ? please

A lot of the times a black screen can be caused by bad video drivers, and/or not having your monitor completely plugged in. Check that first, then try reinstalling your drivers and restarting the system.
