Hi guys, I need some advice on this build that I created using pcpartpicker,

Is this the best that my $650 budget can get me? I mainly do 3D Modelling/Rendering and Photoshop illustrations, while occasionally gaming. Thanks in advance!

Good choices, specially the PSU, GPU and CPU. 2 remarks though:
- I would recommend against MSI. Bad power design. Not highly reliable. Asus, ASrock and Gigabyte will be a much better choice.
- Seagate instead of WD. They have a lower failure rate.
