I called Asrock today and asked why I was getting a 19 dr.debug error. The guy on the phone said I had,"Bad memry." (asian dude). Is this actually true or was he just trying to blow it off on Crucial? Thank you.

DO either or both sticks work by themselves in slot 1 or 2?IF both work by themselves then prob not the DRAM, next would be to try them in 1-3, if no joy in 2-4, still no joy -0 go back to a single stick in 1 or 2 - go into BIOS and raise DRAM volatge + 0.06 and the find and raise the CPU/NB voltage to 1.22 and give it a try ;)

Hey! I can't mess with the bios because nothing is displaying on the monitor and there are no beep codes. I have already tried every possible RAM combo. Any ideas?

UPDATE: It turns out the speaker was not plugged in properly and I now get a 3 long beeps when error code 19 shows up. But it seems very odd to me in the second socket with one specific stick of RAM, I get error code 0A and no beeps. Do you know what that means and how I might fix it? I went on PC part picker and it says all of my parts are compatible if that helps.
