What are your recommended specifications for a build costing roughly $400 and can play a modded minecraft. Mods worth noting would be texture and shader mods, and shader mods can be fairly resource intensive.
I'd go with what Ashy posted. I don't think you'll be able to run shaders with that rig though. To run shaders you'll need to spend a little more money on an FX cpu and possibly up the graphics card.

What you posted works great! I already have ane extra copy of windows 7 so thats fine. Thanksf or your help quick question though, is an fm2 socket cpu compatible with a fm2+ socket on a mobo?
