$400 Build For Modded Minecraft

What are your recommended specifications for a build costing roughly $400 and can play a modded minecraft. Mods worth noting would be texture and shader mods, and shader mods can be fairly resource intensive.

that's what i came up with excluding OS, with OS included will be a struggle.

I'd go with what Ashy posted. I don't think you'll be able to run shaders with that rig though. To run shaders you'll need to spend a little more money on an FX cpu and possibly up the graphics card.

quick question though, is an fm2 socket cpu compatible with a fm2+ socket on a mobo?

Yes, It is backwards compatible. That is why I chose an FM2+ mobo so you can upgrade in the future to one of the more recent APU's if you desire.
