Does anyone make a usb3 connection capability the uses as its input a sata port on ones motherboard? The usb3 seems to be dying on my motherboard or at least is flaky but I would like to have as much of the usb3 speed as possible.

If you have eSATA inputs, then you need an eSATA device to connect that to.

If your USB3 connections are failing, then I suggest you get an add PCIe card:

You may need to install the drivers as well. Follow the instructions.

Make sure your USB3 connection really is the problem. Try a different USB3 cable, and a different USB3 device to see if the problem remains.
