I cleaned computer today which was probably a bad idea since I can't turn computer on now in vertical position. My guess is i messed something up on the motherboard because hwmonitor indicates that tempin2 is -19... Anything I can do? I don't have cash for changing everything right now mobo, psu, cpu because I'm week after GPU upgrade

Solution
Check the 24 pin power connector and the 4 (or 8) pin ATX connector. Sounds like you might have knocked one loose. My guess would be the 24 pin.

You might have been right I'm not sure. It felt tight I took out 24 pin and put it back on as hard as I could and it still wouldn't turn on. After that I tried to take out small cpu 4 pin but I couldn't reach it (fat hands and thermalight is huge). So I stabbed it with screwdriver I mean I pushed it hard by the plastic part to connect it better with mobo I did it with 24 pin as well and it suprisingly started and now TMPIN2 is normal 28 celcius not -19 like it was. Thank you very much.

You're welcome. Nothing wrong with cleaning the pc - compressed air (canned or small compressor) works the best. In a pinch, a vaccuum is ok if you use the skinny nozzle carefully - the brushes tend to knock things loose.
