I will be upgrading my computer and i was wondering if the 770 merits an extra $110. So far the parts I have decided on was this:

Mobo: MSI z87 g45
CPU : i5 4670k
Ram: 8gb (2x4gb) g.skill trident ddr3 2400

I want to play DotA 2 and Final Fantasy Online: ARR and (MAYBE) Elder Scrolls Online with maximum settings at 1920 x 1080 60hz with highest frame rate possible with a 2nd monitor also at 1080p for just web browsing and such. I won't be playing much FPS games or cross platform games cause I have a PS4 and my friends are on that. So I would like to know if spending the extra money would be worth it. I might also upgrade to a 120hz monitor down the road but not now. Also if anyone has anything to say about EVGA vs MSI cause I have only tried EVGA and the MSI 770 is $30 cheaper

Solution
760 is plenty of power for MMO's and DotA2. 760 is also a bit better perforance per dollar, as theres a bit of diminishing returns starting on cards over around 200 usually (ranges from $100-300 depending on current deals).

EVGA:

and if I go with the MSI card would I get any combo benefits/boosts from the MSI Mobo?
