Hello, I have a mid-end (At least in MY mind it's mid-end) Radeon HD 7770, and I was wondering if i should buy a new graphics card or do Crossfire with two 7770's. I've heard bad things about Crossfire for gaming, but i just wanted to be sure. If other PC specs are necessary, please ask. Thanks!

An R9 270x would have pretty good performance. Or a GTX 760, if you want to try nVidia this time.

Either of those would allow you to keep your current PSU. That's good news, since you can't buy a decent graphics card AND a power supply with the total under $150.

The bad news is, they cost $220 to $250.

For $150 or less you can have a R7 260x or a GTX 660

I'm not sure those would make you...

Thanks for the quick response! My resolution is 1080p, my motherboard is a GIGABYTE GA-X79-UP4. My CPU is an Intel i7-4820K, The PSU is a Thermaltake TR2-500 Watt and my budget is between 100-150.

Yes i am aware that to get i higher end GPU i am going to have to upgrade my power supply and I am also aware that my system right now is a gigantic bottleneck to the CPU, but i just needed something to hold me over for Minecraft, Surgeon Simulator 2013, and Garry's Mod :p but now I am getting into more graphically intense games and knew that it would be time for an upgrade soon.

I'm not sure those would make you happy. They are better than the HD 7770, but they won't do so well in recent games.
Maybe wait a few months, save some more, wait for prices to come down too?

Ok, I guess i'll just set aside some money every week and save for the R9 270X because the 760 is a bit out of my new budget. Thank you for the advice.
