i5 4670k vs i7 4770k

I don't know what to choose because I want a good processor while i am waiting for the Haswell-E line up. I am going to get one of the Haswell-E processors when they come out but I need a filler processor that is good for gaming while i am waiting

I also need ideas on a good sound card and a head set under $100.

My current build has a 4770k but my previous one had a 4670 and it was plenty. Like everyone else already said it depends on what you're doing with it. Also if you don't plan on overclocking (which is not necessary on the 4770k at the moment) grab the non-k version.

Since you have alrady had FX 8350 , no urgent need to upgrade the processor/motherboard !
