Is this the right amount of thermal paste for my gpu?

The pic is pretty dark and hard to see for certain, but it looks about right. If anything, maybe a bit much. But I can't see for sure. All you are after is a film spread across the surfaces to fill in the microscopic pores in the metal after the two surfaces meet under pressure.
