$330 build for gaming/video editing

I want to know the best build for this money. I have the case and PSU. Just need the RAM, CPU, GPU and motherboard. Looking into a A10 7850k, with an MSI A88XM-E45 and AData 2400MHz 11-13-13-35 ram. Any other judgments are welcomed. Have about $15-20 of wiggle room. Would like to order components by Sunday night. Thank you guys.

  1. If I was to say it was just for gaming for about 9 months until I save up for a $200-300 graphics card.
  2. Yes I have a heatsink, case, fans, power supply and an SSD.
  3. how about this?

FM2+ gives you upgrade options -- rumor has it AM3+ is going away eventually
  4. That's great! Are there any benchmarks out on the a10 7850k vs any of the sub $150 graphics cards? I want come thing I can somewhat expand on later.
  5. the 7850K's built in GPU pushes pixels somewhere near a 7750
  6. So if I went with a 7850k with 2400MHz/2666 memory could it perform close a 7770 or would I be better buying a $180 7870 with a Athlon XII 750K + it's mother board ~$130 and then spending the remaining money on a $40 ram stick?
  7. Best answer
the 7070 will blow the A10's GPU away. The 750K (or the $10 more 760K) + 7870 will be far better at gaming.
  8. thanks guys. Appreciate everyone on this forum.
