Which one suits the best for my i5-4440 and R9 270X with 4GBx2 DDR3 RAM?

1. http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H81M-VG4/

2. http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H81M-DGS/

3. http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H81M-HDS/

Is VG4 good enough and reliable? Or Should I get the other?
Do all the MB the same?

no... VG4 dont have 4 phase design...

The DGS that have 4 phase design, the HDS is a DGS + extra hdmi and usb3...

It will back with your budget, they all almost the same...
Is the extra cost of HDS (from DGS) worth for the extra hdmi and usb3...?

anyways my pick either DGS or HDS...

besides from getting extra usb and hdmi plug, are all the same?
do the vg4 also have the new 4 power phase design?
if i get the vg4, is it like getting the hds without hdmi and extra usb?
