My friend wants a gaming pc that can run stuff on medium to high in a budget of $800. He will need os and monitor with it. I need to check on keyboard, mouse.

Here's a start, he wants an OS and monitor too so that'd make it $1000 if he went with that, besides it's outdated (4670k now and the 7870 XT is not as good a value as it was a year or two ago)
