So I'm a new builder, and I was thinking of something about my modular PSU...
So I was breadboarding my CPU, RAM, GPU, and mobo and accidently plugged the wrong end in. I plugged the 24 pin into my motherboard and the 20+4 (or whatever) into the PSU. At least I thought. It worked, I was able to POST it. SO I thought this was minor and it would work both ways, but it turns out it doesn't, although I have yet to try it back to the 'wrong' way (the 20+4 pin in mobo DID NOT work in case or out) So is it supposed to matter which way you put it?
