Where can I buy Windows 7 Retail?

I heard Microsoft stopped making the retail version of Home Premium. Where can I get it now? It's sold out on newegg and i did find one on amazon, but it was 400 dollars. This is for a gaming PC I will build in a few months. The reason why I can't use an OEM is because I'm going to be upgrading the motherboard in it.

Shortly after Windows 8 was launched, Microsoft ordered all high street retailer stores to clear all unsold copies of Windows 7 (all editions, not just Home Premium) off their shelves and return them to Microsoft. This was done purposely to force people to buy Windows 8 and so make the sales figures look good worldwide.

Online retailer is your only hope, and maybe Ebay but that's risky as regards it being genuine and legal. You'll have to carry on searching online or just give up.
