Your going to need to upgrade that PC in order to handle next gen games. What kind of budget are you looking at for upgrades?

You might need to upgrade 80% or more, depending on your motherboard and budget. That CPU is pretty weak and outdated, same with the video card, I would recommend upgrading both.

First thing to upgrade would be the GPU so get a GTX 760 or a 270/x (if you want to go lower), your Phenom should be okay for now

Also upgrade until you have a total of 8GB of DDR3 memory, you should be able to use that and your GPU in a completely new build when you get a new CPU and mobo down the line

if you list down all of the spec of your PC, it will be easier for the others to suggest you the changes you can do~

For an i5 you'd need a new compatible mobo and a reinstall of Windows after swapping in the new mobo and CPU

Your mobo is only compatible with AM3 chips like the Phenom II, it goes without saying that it's incompatible with Intel chips

Then you'll be fine with a new GPU for now, upgrade your CPU/mobo down the line and you'll be fine for newer games

Any i5 and compatible mobo should do

Either an essentially EOL Ivy Bridge i5 and B75 board

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-3350P 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor ($169.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock B75M-DGS R2.0 Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($54.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $224.98
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Or a Haswell i5 and B85 mobo (can go cheaper with a H81 board to save some more money)

AMD's AM3+ is essentially dead, so your best bet on the AMD side would be an 8320/8350 with a decent 970 or 990FX board

In general i5s will perform at the same level if not better in gaming compared to AMD's FX line (games which use more than 4 cores will perform very well with the 8320/8350 etc.), they are generally your best bet for gaming (even though their FX CPUs are pretty decent)

That's mostly because of your GT 430, it's extremely weak for gaming

Depends on game when it comes to how bad, but yeah your Phenom will hold it back.

You could always install an aftermarket cooling solution and oc your cpu to 4ghz,your cpu is one of the best catergory of phenom overclocking cpu.

I really want to avoid oc cause if i oc my cpu i have to bought extra cooling . So if i do not want to oc my cpu , i must buy a new cpu ? Like that ?

That is correct,if you don't oc,on most of the recent games your performance will be severely bottlenecked by your cpu.
