Warm virus problem

I am using microsoft security essential antivirus. Once i plug my friend pen drive and i copied some data into my system. from after that in my system when ever i am log on/ restart into my system every time it is automatically detecting warm type of virus. Now i can't format my system because i started my project work in this so what should i do now..?
can anyone please suggest me please

You have most likely gotten a variant of the USB autorun. worm. Please download and try Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware as this type of malware is rather easy to remove. I would also suggest you download Panda USB Vaccine (http://www.pandasecurity.com/usa/homeusers/downloads/usbvaccine/) so it can prevent your computer from ever getting this type of autorun trojan again.
