Will they stack?

Corsair Vengeance Black CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10 16GB 2X8GB DDR3-1600 CL10 1.5V Dual Channel

with

Kingston Hyper KHX1886C9D3K2/8G 8GB 2x4GB DDR3-1866 CL9 1.65V Dual Channel

Specs:
Asus M5 A97 R2.0 mobo
AMD FX-9370

Solution
1. its likely that they will both run at 1600mhz cl10 at 1.5v. Since when u mixing ram,the weaker one serve as reference.
2. No, dont mix them ,save u the trouble. Sometimes, even 2 pairs of exact model ram will not play together.(Quote from Tradersman) not to mention 2 difference brand.
3. I highly think that 8gb 1866 cl9 will have better performance than 24gb 1600 cl10

I wonder how it'll look like. They might not play nicely with each other. You'll be needing to manually configure them in the BIOS to have the same timings and clock speeds. Would you take the risk? ;)

I'd recommend to get the same pair of two sticks. Settle on one and you'll be ok. It'll also make the internals of your system look good with it's uniform memory modules.
