I have a thermal take v3 black edition and I want the best air cooling setup
2 top fans
1 bottom fan
1 too back fan
1 bottom right
There is also a small amount of holes on the side
I want to use the least amount of fans possible

Solution
Pretty hard to say what specifically is best.
The best for me, also includes quiet.

My system is quiet, except for that crappy stock Intel cooler.

I rebuilt an old case, to soot my needs

The front fan is a 3 speed 160mm, and I have one side fan @ 120mm.
2 rear 80mm thermostatically controlled fans.
That's it, except for the power supply.

Basically, I like big slow fans.

My last case was aluminium and only has 3 side inlet fans, and no outlet fans, except the power supply, and that ran really cool, but noisy.
They were fast 92mm fans.
I'm converting it to 1 large side and front fan inlet, and 1 large top out,
