give it some time, sometimes the ISP owned DNS that translate address to ip need time to be updated... (when there a web that change its domain/ip)

since all connection go thought the DNS it sometimes replay with timeout...

There a other ways to bypass the DNS but it may breaking laws in some places...

Thanks I figured it was something to do with the DNS since all the other sites work but I wasn't sure. It's not a big deal but since I am a networking student I thought I should know. What about searching the site by IP address instead of name? That should work right? Does craigslist work for you as well? I tried googling what Craigslist's IP address is but I couldn't find it. Does anyone know the IP address? Thanks.

u can use free site for ip tracker, they can resolve the name to ip for u.. most of their DNS update much quicker than ISP ones....

I'm glad u understand so I'm not going in detail, because this is one method ISP using to block restricted/forbidden site (required by laws)...
