slow boot up times

I have tried going to msconfig and disabling non-essential stuff,
going to bios and enabling ultra fat boot and intel quick boot
what else can i do? my boot up time is like about 30 seconds

well, if you want to boot in under 5 secs than no it wont. Fastest with a hdd will be around what you are having now or a couple of secs less. SSD is the way to go if you want ultra fast boot times.
