Hi, I'm planning to upgrade my pc soon and I'm just wondering how can I make the most out of my low budget.

What will only be left is my Video card which is Radeon HD 6770 DDR5 so I need suggestions for other components, here's what I think of:

CPU: INTEL CORE I3-4130 or AMD FX-6300, I'm also thinking of getting AMD A10-5800K but I don't and will use dual screen.

MoBo: MSI H77MA-G43 (you can suggest if you have anything better in mind)

RAM: Frequency is my problem here, don't know what will be just enough.

That's all that I need guys, please suggest anything that you think is better for a low budget. Thank you.

fx 6300 is a great budget cpu. did you pick that mobo because of the size or price?

actually for its features because it has SATA 6GB and USB 3.0 and I think it's good for the price.
For the RAM, do you think 1333MHz will be just enough?

1600MHz ram doesnt really make any difference. plus check out this mobo its a little cheaper and has all the features you want: MSI 970A-G43
newegg has it with rebate right now.
