C: Drive has really low space

So I've got a predicament.. I've recently changed two motherboards on my computers and I'll just list their specs so it'll be easier.
Computer A:
CPU- AMD FX-6300
HDD- HItachi 250GB
MOBO- MSI 970A-G43

Computer B:
CPU: Intel E5400
HDD- Seagate 750GB and WD 12GB IDE
MOBO: MSI G41M-P33

Computer B's MOBO was changed and when I started it up, the Windows Splash Screen kept rebooting, so (The information on the Seagate and Hitachi HDD are important so I can't delete them) I found an old IDE drive I had laying around, and installed Windows on that drive. Then I reconnected the Seagate and all my info was still there. But now, when I download things on Computer B, they automatically go to the C: Drive which is basically full due to the OS. So my question is, is how can I transfer Windows to my main 750GB HDD? Or how can I route all downloaded files to D Drive?
THANK YOU!

(Another, not as important question)
I use COMP A for gaming, and I can't afford a new HDD, so I was thinking how could I switch everything around? As in, transfer Windows and all important files to the Hitachi Hard Drive, and transfer all the Hitachi files to the Seagate?

Solution
When you downloading from net, all browsers default location is C:\ [something]\downloads.
In case you using mozilla do this: Tools-->options under general tab switch to Always ask where to download.
Google for other browsers. If using torrent, it will ask you where to put download, but google for solution.

Use Acronis, Easuse to create partition on your 750gb hdd, but use option to shrink partition. Then you can install win on that new partition on 750bg hdd without lose of data.

Good luck.

Have you tried using Seagate disk wizards that can copy data? they usually come with a drive but can also be downloaded from Seagates ( and WD) websites. Acronis or something like that. I used it a few months back when i got a new WD drive and it worked flawlessly to copy from my OS from the old drive to the new drive.

I ope that answers your question and that I didn't misread the question.

As for the looping, can I assume that you tried to boot into safe mode? ( F8 key upon booting up).

Yes, before I installed the OS, I booted into safe mode. Now there is no boot loops whatsoever. As for Acronis, I downloaded it and tried the clone drive thing (Sorry I don't know the exact name), but it said the drive to which I was putting the OS on (Seagate) was going to have all files deleted. I'm not too sure about Acronis... I'll definitely try those disk wizards you mentioned!

Okay, I do have Easuse since it's an amazing tool, but could you please walk me step to step on how I could do this?

Well its little bit hard. You need to boot from cd/dvd. Then choose your 750gb hdd, then position you mouse on the beginning of hdd (on a left side) and drag to your right side. You will see that partition is shrinking. Then you need to create a new partition on beginning. Reboot, install new system and that's it.
Similar to this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZwjxwSgjJVE, but she created partition on existing system and at the end of hdd. You don have system installed so you need to create on beginning.

So I would:
1) Partition part of my Seagate drive (13GB) with Easeus
2) Turn system off and boot from USB
3) Start system install onto the partition I made on the Seagate?

Also I'm not sure what you mean by system, I do have an OS currently running if that's what you mean.

1) Yes, you will create partition on Seagate, but create larger partition, at least 100gb.
2) You need to apply all action in Easuse, to finish job (but if you have Easuse you know this). Create bootable usb stick and then boot from stick.

3) Start installation procedure and install operating system on partition you have had created on Seagate disk.

System - what do I meant? She have operating system installed on disk, so she shrink partition at the end.
You don't have operating system installed on your 750gb hdd. (you should figure it out from context :)) )
Hope it's helps.

Actually, I do. I'm sorry about the misinformation, but I originally had Win7 on there, but now on the Western Digital HDD I have Win8. So should I start from the bottom like her?

I hope that you have created 2 partitions, one for operating system and another for data.
Win 7 will create one more partition, 100MB large.
Copy all your data from operating system partition (it's named C:) onto your data partition.
Then, boot your pc from bootable usb stick with w7 installation. Delete 100MB partition, delete partition with operating system C:. Create new partition, w7 will create again 100MB partition. Instal w7 now. No data will be lost. This you will do on seagate 750GB disk, assuming there is w7 installed at the first place.

Yes I have, instead of copying all the data couldn't I just leave it where it is? I have created two partitions that root from the Seagate, C: Drive= 90GB of Data
D Drive=Windows 7 100GB
The rest is unallocated right now..
