Hi I need your help.

I've got a new Gskill Sniper 1333mhz 2x4gb kit. Now, I tried to replace the old Kingston valueRAM. After that, it starts windows but after maybe 10secs, it shuts down and starts again. my pc won't boot to windows. When I run a single stick, I get a BSOD saying BAD_POOL_HEADER or IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (running 2 sticks).

I am using an Intel DH55PJ mobo.

What should I do?

Have you gone into the BIOS? You need to check that the RAM values have been read by your MB as they are supposed to be. For now, do not try to OC at all, just use stock settings. Make sure you get all the main ram timing values, ( ex. 11-12-11-27 ) and make sure the voltage is correct. Are you using the stock value? I just went to Intel's site and they don't seem to show the voltage??? Anyway, is the G Skill the same voltage and spec as your old RAM?
Here is the Intel site page for your RAM info:
