Im lookin for a motherboard that allows u a good overclocking
And till now I found :
Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Asus SABERTOOTH 990FX/GEN3 R2.0
And what does GEN3 MEANS ? Beacuse the sabertooth without the GEN3 is cheaper ? .

The Gen 3 is the third revision of the board, it has some changes and it has pci-e 3.0 which gen 2 and the original did not have.

Either board would probably overclock just fine. The sabertooth does have a slightly beefier VRM. You will most likely be limited by your cpu cooling before the boards would reach their limit.

What cooler are you planning on using?

Well the better cooling you get the better overclock you will likely be able to achieve, what type of overclock are you hoping for?

Well 4.6 would most likely be achievable with upper end air or upper end closed loop coolers, 5.0Ghz will be very chip dependant some can do it and some cannot.

Maybe we can narrow this down some more with a budget of what you want to spend on cooling alone.

To get the very most out of your chip custom water would be one of the best options. There are also more extreme options than that but it is up to the individual if they want to venture down that road.

I will give you suggestions as soon as I have a budget on how much you want to spend, there are too many options to go through and pick all the good ones.

Get the Sabertooth , it's an overclocking beast with the right cooling solution.

Well top end air is gonna be best for the 70-100 dollar range. The Noctua NH-D14 aways comes to mind.

Also you might do something like SR-71 does with a large heatsink and then put 110cfm scythe fans on it. He has gotten pretty lucky when it comes to 8350's and overclocking hopefully you will too.

The Sabertooth's are nice, it's what I use. I have the first gen though, got to 4.7Ghz on my 8320. It took a lot of voltage and my extreme cooling.
