psu website and thief

is there a website which tells you have much power you are using and if you want to upgrade your pc, what the recommended psu wattage is. if you know one please tell.


and also these are the recommended system requirements for thief (2014)

OS: Windows 7 or 8

CPU: AMD FX 8000 series or better / Intel i7 Quad Core CPU

RAM: 4+ GB

Graphics Card:AMD Radeon HD / R9 series or better / Nvidia GTX 660 series or better

DirectX: DirectX 11

HDD/SSD: 20 GB

would a fx-6350 be enough to run on recommended since it's nearly as powerful as the 8350

the one i use is http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp, it has all modern components very easy to use
just us drop down boxes to fill in what you have/ what you wana get then run it it will tell you what power needs.

as for upgrades im not really sure i look at review and online benchmarks for components and if still unsure ask in here.
