Hello people!
I currently have a Acer predator G3600. And I want to upgrade it , here are the specs for it.

CPU: Intel i5-2500 @3.30GHz
RAM: 4.00 GB
System type: 64-bit OS
Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 530

I am not very sure of the power supply I have and also the motherboard all i know is that the motherboard made by Acer.

My budget is at $250 max, I play games like SC2 , Dota 2 and other games as well. And also i would like to ask if I should upgrade my RAM too but then it will over-exceed my budget.

Thank you very much ! PS, its my first time asking a question here!

EDIT: Just found of my PSU is by FSP GROUP INC. Model No : FSP450-60EP 500 W , do I need to buy another power supply for these graphic card you guys are recommending me? And also the motherboard has only a single-slot for the graphic card. I really appreciate all your answers ! Cheers !

Since we don't know anything about your PSU then the 7750 is the only thing worth recommending at this moment

If you're gonna get more memory I'd make sure the memory you're gonna buy has the same timings as the stick currently in your machine (looks like the sticker in this image, in this example the timings would be 7-7-7-20)

These 2 upgrades I have listed below should get you the best bang for your buck. 4GB should be enough for those games. Yes, it is always nice to have more then 4GB BUT it is not a necessity, and you can always get more later. The 660 will be a HUGE upgrade compared to what you currently have. I very seriously doubt that the power supply you currently have in your computer has the proper cables and or is powerful enough to run a dedicated Graphics card. So the 550w Thermaltake is a good upgrade as well. Hope it helps.

Power Supply:
Thermaltake SMART Series SP-550PCBUS 550W = $49.99 w/Free Shipping

Should I buy another PSU if I already have a 500 W one?
